Key Largo: Just because you have freedom of speech doesn’t mean that you get to do what you want. Florida man Yanser Robaina was arrested after he headbutted a police officer, spit in his mouth and then kicked the door of a cruiser.

According to reports, the incident started when deputies went to Gilbert’s Resort to stop Robaina and his friends from jumping off the docks. Robaina then threw a hissy fit telling police they would be on the news for harassing the man and his friends.

Police handcuffed Robiana for the safety of others on the beach. He fought until they used a stun gun on him.

While he was being arrested he handcuffed an arresting officer. He then spit in the officer’s mouth. Police said he kicked a patrol car door so hard that it won’t close properly.

Yanser Robiana faces multiple charges, including resisting a law enforcement officer. A lawyer wasn’t listed on jail records.
