Ronald Shimkus Was Arrested After Getting Shitfaced, Firing Rifle In Public After Being Warned By Deputy | June 20
Hudson: There are 2 things that don’t go together well at all, alcohol and firearms. Florida man Ronald Shimkus was arrested after he got intoxicated and fired a rifle 3 times while in public.
According to reports, there was a deputy on the scene who warned the man, Ronald Shimkus, not to handle firearms while intoxicated. Undeterred from the warnings of the officer, Shimkis picked up the rifle and fired it 3 times anyways.
According to an arrest report, the deputy was there for an unrelated landlord tenant issue. The deputy says he warned Shimkus not to handle firearms while intoxicated after he found him in possession of a CO2 pepper gun.
The deputy says after the warning, Shimkus went to his home and got the rife then fired it three times saying, “I don’t give a f***, I’ll go to prison for the rest of my life.”
Shimkus was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm in public.
