Kimberly Ruth Mann Got Into Argument With Her Spouse, Pokes Him With A Broomstick Before Biting His Arm And Breaking Light Bulb On Him | September 12
Pasco County: An argument between a man and a woman involving two different household items used as weapons ended with an arrest of Florida woman Kimberly Ruth Mann.
According to a police report, deputies from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance call, and spoke with the victim. He said that he had been involved in a “verbal altercation” with Mann.
The argument first escalated, the victim said, when Mann “poked him with a broomstick.” When the victim attempted to pull the broomstick away, Mann bit him on the arm. She then grabbed a light bulb and shattered it on him.
Authorities said Mann claimed her actions were in self-defense. Even so, they considered the “red/purple mark” on the victim’s arm to be consistent with his version of events.
Kimberly Ruth Mann was arrested and is facing a single charge of domestic battery.
