Florida man accuses dog of shooting girlfriend in leg

In a twist of fate a dog has been accused of shooting a sleeping woman in the leg.

A Florida man fingered the dog as the perpetrator after deputies went to the home to investigate the shooting.

The man, Brian Murphy, said his girlfriend was sleeping when he took the dog for a late night walk. When they returned he saw a flash and heard a bang.

Charges against the pooch for being a bad boy are pending.
