A Group Of Would Be Florida Thieves Were Thwarted When They Welded An ATM Shut | June 6
It works in the movies doesn’t it? Two Florida men tried to use a blow torch to try to break into an ATM. Sounds like a fool proof plan doesn’t it?
The problem? The were being sloppy and wound up welding the safe shut. They were hoping to melt the hinges of the safe using a blow torch but instead welded them together.
While one of the men was seen holding a crowbar and keeping watch, the other man took a blow torch to the ATM. The bumbling bandits ended up leaving empty handed.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with information on the “bungled blow torch burglary” to call 850-651-7400
