Ryan Christopher Duncans Was Arrested After Fleeing From Police Following Vehicle Pursuit And Crash | June 29
Longmeadow: When police chase a suspect, it’s rare that they’re able to elude them. When a criminal does manage to escape, you can bet they typically find the dumbest places to hide. Florida man Ryan Christopher Duncans was arrested following a day long manhunt that started with a police pursuit and a crash earlier in the day.
The incident began Thursday morning when they attempted to pull over a man they believe was driving a stolen vehicle. Police attempted to pull the driver over but he sped away. Additional units were called in, along with a helicopter but the man was able to elude authorities.
Rather than lay low, Duncans waited until later in the evening and was apprehended by police at a gas station in the same area.
Ryan Christopher Duncans is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene, failure to stop at a stop sign and marked lanes violation.
