Melissa Brown Pissed Her Pants To Avoid Paying Bar Tab, Hides In Bathroom From Police When They Arrive | June 27
Manatee: What was she thinking? Florida woman Melissa Brown declined to pay her bar tab. She then wet her pants and ran into the restroom to avoid police when they arrived on scene.
Investigators say she ran into the men’s bathroom, then the women’s bathroom. After she was there for about 10 minutes, a female deputy went in to ensure she was OK. The female deputy came out, as did the woman, identified as Brown.
Brown smelled of booze and “displayed a large wet spot on her pants” that deputies say smelled of a urination situation. When a deputy told her to settle her bar tab, the woman replied that she brought no money with her.
Deputies arrested Melissa Brown on charges of defrauding an innkeeper and obstruction without violence.
