A Florida Man Is Accused Of Swerving Into A Vehicle, Backing Up And Trying To Hit It Again

Bumper cars are meant for the track and the derby. One man apparently didn’t get the memo.

A Florida man tried to swerve into a vehicle and tried to back up to attempt to hit the vehicle again.

According to police, the victim drove into the grassy area to avoid being hit. Once the victim’s vehicle was stopped the man, John Wallace Gordon, put his Toyota in reverse in order to try to hit the victim’s vehicle again.

A witness said Gordon was trying to use his vehicle as a weapon. 

When police arrived and asked Gordon about the incident, he claimed that the victim hit his vehicle first. However, there was no visible damage on either vehicle.

He’s currently facing charges of aggravated assault.
