Wilvince Kemmy Bazil Dressed Up To Play Doctor, Receives Restraining Order From Hospital | June 14

Miami: Most of us had the opportunity to play doctor when we were younger. Using a fake stethoscope and wearing a hilariously oversized lab coat. That’s when we were kids. Florida man Wilvince Kemmy Bazil has been going to hospitals wearing an unofficial physician lab coat.

The Florida Department of Health has been notified about the man, Wilvince Kemmy Bazil, who has been spotted at several local hospitals in the fake scrubs. He was last spotted Wednesday by public safety staff at the Jackson Memorial Medical Center campus.

Police were notified and the man was issued a trespassing warning and a cease and desist letter. He told a Local 10 News reporter that he wore a coat provided by the doctor he works for, but he didn’t identify the alleged doctor.

The cease and desist letter states that Bazil also posted photos of himself online in a Jackson Health/University of Miami doctor’s white lab coat, although he is not a doctor or employee at the hospital.

Bazil has been warned that failing to comply with the cease and desist order will result in legal action being taken against him. Bazil is not facing any criminal charges at this time. Records show he has 14 unrelated criminal filings, mostly involving traffic-related offenses. He was also arrested in 2007 on charges of burglary and dealing in stolen property.
