Florida man attacked by squirrel gone nuts
Florida Man Challenge March 20
Bears are known for attacking humans. Alligator attacks happen as well. But one critter decided to step outside of his weight class.
A Florida man is lucky to be alive after being attacked by a highly trained squirrel.
The man, Robby Armstrong, has the wounds to prove it. A squirrel went nuts and, without provocation, attacked and bit the victim on the elbow and scratched him on the arm.
The critter was raised by his neighbors when it was a baby and then released. Apparently it’s been known in the neighborhood for attacking other residents.
Residents are reminded wild animals can be aggressive when handled or raised by humans. Best to leave them be.
No details have been released as to the motive for the attack but it’s safe to assume the squirrel was after some nuts.
