Sebastian Gonzalez Was Arrested After Leading Police On Motorcycle Pursuit, Rides Into Dead End

A Florida man from Cutler Bay is accused of leading police on a wild, high-speed motorcycle chase late Sunday morning. The man, Sebastian Gonzalez, was caught because he didn’t know how to navigate Card Sound Road.
According to police Gonzalez led police on a pursuit for more than 20 miles, speeding up to triple digits in an attempt to flee. He approached a 3 way intersection and chose the wrong direction to travel.
Gonzalez went straight through the intersection off County Road 905, which led him to a dead end gate for the Ocean Reef gate community. There was a police officer near the intersection and the man pulled over and surrendered to him.
He said that he knew he fled from at least three cops and stated he was scared and was just trying to get out of Monroe County. Gonzalez was lost and was trying to get back to the highway to return to Miami.
He faces three counts of felony fleeing and eluding police.
