A Florida man was arrested for trespassing after being caught riding a handicapped cart in Publix and smoking cigarettes.
According to reports the man, Phil March, and a second man, John Greer, were riding a Publix handicapped cart and smoking cigarettes in the store. The pair had reportedly been issued a trespass warning earlier in the day.
March had made headlines last year after a video surfaced showing a police officer helping him shave to get ready for a job interview.
He landed a job at a local McDonald’s soon after the video went viral. The police department stayed in contact with March, posting frequent updates to its social media accounts.
It seems as though that extra attention wasn’t enough to help the man break his old ways. He’s currently facing trespassing charges.
