Mary Beth Hurd Steals Her Dad’s Narcotics And His Car, Flees From Home And Crashes 1 Minute Up The Street | August 30
Pensacola: Florida woman Mary Beth Hurd was arrested Wednesday night after police say she stole her 77-year-old father’s prescription medication and his car, before crashing it.
According to reports, police were dispatched Wednesday to the area of 2360 Aegean Terrace in reference to a theft of a motor vehicle.
The vehicle was involved in a DUI crash around the same time at 2495 Semoran Drive, in which Hurd was deemed the suspect. When police called the owner of the vehicle, which turned out to be the driver’s father, he said that Hurd had taken the vehicle and he suspected she had taken narcotics stolen from him.
Mary Beth Hurd, 48, was charged with DUI, two counts of larceny, and two counts of crimes against an elderly person.
